I'm not quite sure what kind of mantis it is...but here is MAYNARD! (TOOL)
 
looks to me like a N. Wennera. I used to have one of those they were pretty sweet and very active.
 
I dunno about that ID. None of the N. wennerae I've had or seen had spots, were that shade of green, or had white raptorial "heels". From Roy's List, it looks a whole lot more like Gonodactylellus viridis. Note color description: "Variable; often green from reef and grass flats, white from sand flats, and red from coralline algae, frequently with fine white spots; meral spots flesh toned with thin red streaks around the periphery". A good picture of the meral spots (on the inside of the raptorial appendages) would be helpful.
