Can I do a high salinity dip on my LR. Or will this put my tank in a new cycle. I can not trap the thing. I am ready to dip with salinity of 1.40 i read. I heard this will not harm the Rock. But I want to make sure.

Its just a dip so it should be fine. A dip is just plunging the rock in for a second or two. You might see a slight increase in the sg of your display but probably nothing worth worrying about.
Something you can do instead of the dip is squirt hydrogen peroxide in the hole you think it might be in.
All in all, I would try and figure out which rock its hiding in and only dip that one. Its lairs enterance should be strewn with the bodies of its victims. If that lets you narrow down the workload i say do it.
Otherwise, high slainity dip is fine. I used plain RO for mine and it came flying out of its rock. I dipped my rock before adding it to the display (which you should always do... with rocks and corals).

Also try pouring some soda water in the hole, he will come flying out with no damage to the rock

I believe this is the third post where you have asked the same question.
In fairness to other posters who believe in a team effort here you might want to state you have asked this in another forum and include the link to it.
