He's sure an active non shy Mantis, saw him crawling about moving sand and playing king of the nano tank on top of the rock. Glad you kept just a few live rocks in there, it's easy to see him. What type sand are you using, looks powder white?

Aragonite sand size#0 that I got from FAOIS. Probably 15# of sand in the tank.

First I washed it a lot to get rid of the lightweight stuff that clouds up the tank.
