I purchased the TBS Mantis delivered-to-your-door package last week and was impressed with the service Richard provided. Not only was he prompt and professional in responding to my questions, the N. wannerae was delivered in good shape in challenging conditions. I live in the wilds of the Ozark Mtns of NW Arkansas - no such thing as overnight USPS delivery from Tampa! We both were a little trepidatious about a two day delivery in the middle of January but although little Neo arrived a bit sluggish, after a 2-hour drip he settled right into my 5 gallon nano reef. Thanks for the great service Richard!
