Just wanted to take the time to say thank you to everyone in supporting GHL this past year and of course years before.
This has been a transition year! Lots of expansion and good things came from 2014.
Dedicated GHL warehouse in the USA
Large box warehouse stores now supporting GHL
New ground breaking products from GHL, the Doser 2 being the biggest which got into Reef-Builders top 10 products of the year!
Great new Software and more coming.
2015 will see some more changes.
Shows
There will be 3 in 2015, both east coast Reef-A-Paloozas and onf course macna in Washington. Macna this year will be hosted directly by GHL NA and also Derek from Dereks reef shop.
Accessories
We listened and listened hard about the hunt for GHL small parts.! This has always been an issue due to GHL making so many that dealers got lost as to what to stock in fear of dead stock, but we are working with Premium aquatics to resolve this as a one stop accessory shop fully stocked, but if that does not work out for whatever reason by April we will set up a direct buy accessory ONLY site, but we hope to avoid that.
Forum
Biggest change will be my presence here, GHL now has such a massive user base in the USA and Canada there is no need for me to step in on every post, best support often comes from the users themselves, and of course there is the official support forum at www.aquariumcomputer.com which we urge everyone to use. If you feel your questions have not been answered as you wish for whatever reason please email us.
So as of 2015 I will be a ghost watcher in most cases unless I see something that really needs to be addressed/moderated or there is an important announcement to make. This makes RC a user driven site for everyone to enjoy and talk about GHL things. Less stress for me and more enjoyment for all of you
