Map Puffer

Hey guys,
I have a 1in Map puffer at work, they want $130 for it. How difficult is it to raise a baby map puffer? Its eating brine shrimp right now.

Also there is a Longhorn boxfish, do they have personalities like the puffers do, such as being aware of me being in the room and hand feeding.

Baby maps are easy to care for and in a year the thing will probably be a foot.

Longhorns do have good personalities but are fragile and often suffer bouyancy issues
