Maracyn II and Parasite Clear Help

Hey Everyone,
i just bought some maracyn II freshwater tablets and parasite clear because i think one of my mated clowns has a parasite. how would i go about using them and is it possible to put both fish in the qt instead of splitting them up?

First, I might suggest reading the instructions on the package. However, having said that what parasite do you think you have? Further, if you think you are dealing with a parasitic infection why would you use Maracyn II (minocyclin). It's an antibiotic and will have no effect on a parasitic infection and will only make your situation worse by potentially taking out the biological activity of your filter. Lastly, it may help to get a good idea on the type of parasite, as Parasite Clear may not be the best choice. My guess is that most of the active ingredients (apart from the acriflavin) are not well targeted to the parasite you may be dealing with. Once you have a differential diagnosis (which is your best guess), though a little on-line searching you may find a more appropriate approach. Just my 2 cents.
