marbled blenny

I have a marbled blenny that i can seem to get fattened up. Have had him for a few months and no matter what i feed, he always has a recessed stomach. Have treated for internal parasites. Feed with mysis and cut fish. but still not getting fatter. Rest of fish in tank very rounded. Any ideas or suggestions.

try some nori or other type of herbivorous food. blennies are mainly herbivores.

This one doesnt seem to touch the pieces of nori when my tang shreds it.

blennies don't really have stomachs. it's in one end and out the other. they constantly eat. as long as he's eating he should be ok.

What did you treat with and how what is your QT process? Could still be internal parasites that weren't 100% eradicated. How does his poop look? If the fish is eating well and remains skinny, then I'd place my money on something is going on internally.

Was a fish added from a friends tank that passed away. I took over his corals and fish. Did not qt him when i put him in my tank, didnt have anything but a goby at the time. I treated mysis with metro and garlic for the first few weeks. Its been about 6 months since he was added.
