marine beta. please help

Aquarium concept has a marine beta for $50 came from sams tank. This is a member price bout 4 inches. Pic to come or stop by
 
correct they will eat shrimp and probably any small fish. but its gorgeous. so im posting on here for him. needs a new home. and a half off price to boot.
 
I had mine for at least 6-7 years already, beautiful fish that hasn't bother any of the shrimp I had or fish.

I agree w/Arnie. There a ton a fish that get the monicker of "nonreef safe"; a very subjective term in this hobby. And the reason why people don't put this type of fish in their "reef safe" systems is because of the labeling many fish get. Or they get destroyed because they went after an acro, clam, or favorite zoa (remember, these are their natural foods in the wild).Many triggers, wrasses, puffers, triggers, angels, butterfly fish we put in our systems w/out so much a thought whether or not they are reef safe, where in fact they are actually not "reef safe".

Betas are exquisite fish and I would put one in my system. I would just stuff the living **** out of him first to acclimate him/her to prepared foods. Remember, a well fed fish in an enclosed system will not go after it's natural food source they typically find in the wild in an enclosed system. My .02.
