I placed an order with Marine Depot this morning for a lighting fixture shortly before heading to work. I got home about 1:00 this afternoon and was reviewing the shipping information when I noticed I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong fixture. I had wanted the 2x metal hallide and had accidently ordered the 1x of the same fixture. I immediately called Marine Depot and spoke with Kira in the Shipping and Tracking department. I just wanted to mention that I couldn't be happier with the way it was handled. We were able to catch my order, she even went out to the dock personally and retrieved my item from the pallet before it was picked up by UPS. She then corrected my order and was able to have the fixture I wanted shipped out the same day. I am still waiting for the shipment to arrive but I just wanted to mention that I felt the customer service I received was excellent and mention that I will certainly do business with you again in the future.
