yesterday jan 23 placed an order with marine depot. spoke to rodney about a euroreef skimmer was told they would not have until feb.4 to the 13. gave them my bank card number but would be charged until skimmer was in.today jan24 called marine depot and canceled the order. tonight i looked at my bank account there was a charge of 672.85 this is not the way to do business. MARINE DEPOT MAKE IT RIGHT. is this the they do business?

Thanks for your inquiry. The refund has already been processed for you. We contacted euro reef for you and they were able to speed up the process for us and get the skimmer to you sooner. To do that we had to authorize your card. You wil receive the credit back to your card.
