Just wanted to let everyone know that there is a new store in bradenton. Its called Marine Dreams. It is owned by two of the people that worked at Life Oceanic in Apollo beach. Pretty nice set up, a lot of room for a ton of fish. They said they would be carring live rock at 3.50 a pound once their shipment comes in. They will also be setting up tanks for corals. Its on 41, just north of 53rd.

Jenna and I went. We were heading up to my moms, and seen it along the way. They have room for a lot of stuff and seemed very knowledgeable.

I was there last weekend, they were still setting up but looks to have great potential. The owners are very enthusiastic and friendly, looks like it might be a good addition to the area.

I went there today and bought some of my cleanup crew. The owners are very good people and very knowledgeable. All fish are quarantined before they sell them. Holding tanks are large. Ask him to show you his filter system its unbelieveable. The skimmer was probably 8 feet tall. Later this week they will be getting even more fish in. They said they are going to try to carry hard to find items. Definitely a place to check out. (And theyre across the street from Hooters)

When we were in there on Saturday, it was fish only. They however said they soon plan to set up tanks for corals and live rock.

They had the biggest lawnmower blennies I have ever seen one was like 4-5 inch long. Still thinking about getting one they said they where on sale for 15 bucks.

I was just there, the live rock is delayed due to the earthquake in Hawaii, The only corals are from Brian Green and not much yet.

I put a hold on the nicest little Sailfin tang it was eating out of his hand amazing fish!

They said that it would be next week befor the rock would be in, and as of last night there were still no rock tanks setup.

This is going to kill..........it is only a few blocks from the house and driving past it to and from work.

The live rock is in and only $3.50 per lb, the largest about the size of a dinner plate and weighs in around 12lbs. They got a few corals in too.

Wen t there today and bought two very nice clowns and ananemone. If anyone wants an anemone they have great selection. They have Ritteris , carpets and sebaes. Most of the anemones looked very healthy and had a nice brown color. Also saw some cool colored nudibranchs. Theyu sold quite a bit of their rock already.
I ts hard having them too close to my way home from work!!
