Marine fish wound

One of my new "œchocolate dip chromis" marine fish got stressed entering the aquarium on the weekend.
I think I rushed the process too much, although the other fish was fine. (Bought x2 the same).
I thought he'd be dead the next day as he wasn't swimming straight and was lying on the sand that night.
The next day however, he was swimming although had most likely cut himself on a rock falling all over the place and had a small flesh wound and a bulging cloudy right eye.
His eye is actually better but the wound looks worse.
I bought a small hospital tank but haven't set him up.
Would it be worth the stress to put him in there and add Tri-Sulfa tablets (which I bought for his eye on the weekend).
The aquarium manager had said wait a few days so he's not stressed out again (when it happened).

I'm not a fish meds expert, but I would get that fish in antibiotics right away. The red makes me nervous. Hopefully it's not Uronema.
