yes i have called and i had a question about a oct-nw-150 if they have 1 in stock . they must not need to sell anything!!

that should be enough for you to look elsewhere for the skimmer, just imagine what kind of customer service you will get if you needed to replace the pump a month down the road.

Agreed...there's plenty of high quality online vendors out there.

Not sure about that specific skimmer, but Marine Depot is great. Great customer service, selection, and prices. And they've always been quick to get back to me if I have a question or problem.
