Marineland Reef Capable LED's

The LED lighting module comparison is impressive. The thing is, I'm interested in the Marineland Reef Capable led's. I'm considering replacing the VHO's on my 55 with them, and would like more info. I have softies and LPS now. Would these lights support a bubble tip and/or a clam?

For a 55g aquarium the Marineland LED's work very well. For an 18" front to back tank they're not the best for a really good light spread, but in a 55g they work very well. I don't think you would have any issues with a Bubble Anemone, or possibly a Deresa or Squamosa clam. I'm not sure how a Crocea or Maxima would do under them.

Thanks for the feedback Jeremy, that's just the kind of info I was looking for. I will post a thread showing pictures of my tank under VHO and then the LED's for comparison in a couple of weeks.

How about on a 20? would you be able to keep SPS with that light?

I'm assuming it's still 12" front to back? I think you would be fine with it.
