I just installed my new maristar fixture (3x250 mh/ 4 T-5's). The 14 k phoenix bulbs look great, but, half of my T-5's will not fire-up. Any suggestions?
I am sorry to hear that. Are you getting any flicker out of them at all? Have you tried swapping the two good bulbs that are firing to the side that is not firing up to make sure it's not bad bulbs?
The bulbs are good. As I was trying to remove the fixture to check the bulbs, they fired up. 10 minutes later, they went out again and did not fire back up.
