This light came with tank, used for a few months but eventually moved to a 6 bulb T5 to get the color combo I wanted. Light works great, comes with bulbs but I don't have details about what the bulbs are. Feature 2 - 250 MH HO and 2 - T5 bulbs on a 2 channel HO ballast. Features and link for fixture below:
