Markers to write on tank

Do you guys know what type of markers the fish stores use to write the prices on the tanks? Usually neon yellow, green or pink.

I want to get one to mark the water level on my tank.

Thanks!

Markers to write on tank

I used pieces of clear tape ( on the side) and used a green highlight marker to line it off at 5 g increments.... For water changes :)

They're kinda like the dry erase one but have a finer point and in neon colors. Any ideas?

i can't seem to remember what brand/type they are

I use Stabilo pencils in white and black; they wipe off easily and I also use them to write notes on the side of the tank, like when I last added something like iodine or Acropower. The two different colors are useful depending on the light where I'm marking/drawing.

The water based sharpie paint marker works. You can wipe over it without removing it. It takes water and pressure to remove. I use them on tanks all the time. Dry erase markers rub off too easy for me.

I owned a store, they are called China markers.
Home Depot has black, Staples offers, but doesn't carry all colors in store.
We used to order on line.
