LOL, and expensive! On that note I have a dive buddy who lives in Jamaica; Last time I went down he prepared me a "fresh catch" dinner, and put a cooked Acanthurus chirurgus in front of me, skin eyes and all! Very odd, but taste great!

I hear you Austin. The first time I saw a Acanthurus dussumier on the menu, I was a bit shocked :eek1:
