Maroon Clown and Paired Oscelerous

I have a Maroon clown in my 180; I am going to be picking up a pair of Ocelerous clowns. The maroon is slightly bigger than the Ocelerous's, do you think the pair of them will be able to hold there own or will I have a problem.

Hard to say. Maroons are one of the meanest types of clowns. I keep one with a Tomato clown (which are mean also). Mine get along for the most part but they each have their own anemone and tend to stay near them. Mine are about four feet away from each other. That being said, just monitor yours together and you'll find out pretty quickly if it's going to work out.

As stated, its up in the air. I "think" you would have a much better chance at 1 to 1 ratio. But you never know till you try. I have a mated pair(GSM) and had a Female(different tanks), which lived with 1 Occy for a long time. My lone Fem was mean, but never to the Occy, just me LOL. My pair are model citicens and spawn every 3 weeks or so.

i wouldnt even try. My maroon had a pair of percs jumping out of the tank to get away. I watched for about 2 hours before I had to pull them out. Easiest time I ever had catching a fish. Its like they were happy to get away.
