maroon clown has strange lines on his fins

this just recently started, there seems to be these lines developing across all of his fins.

any ideas?

well, he kinda lives in a rough part of town as his neighbors are a humu trigger and a porc puffer.

No hes a Vato Loco. I saw him hitting up Reefers Ave. on the side of the tank. Better get him straightened out.

It can probably be a sweet morph. Hopefully its not Brook because if it is its a pain to fix.
