Maroon clownfish ID

This is my new maroon clown. How do I identify if it is white or gold striped? It is tank-raised and about 7 or 8 months old and at most 1.5 inches long. I know white banded and gold banded have the same color as juveniles but are there more characteristics to use for identification? Any help would be appreciated.

That is most likely a gold stripe maroon. The white stripe variant has thinner stripes. Keep an eye out and you will see that head stripe slowly start to turn gold from the center out.
