Maroon with a death wish

Today my maroon jumped out of the tank landed on the table 3 feet away. I don't know if something scared it or what. Think it needs a anemone? I had one but had to get rid of it. Would a regular 100 watt MH be enough to have a anemone? Right now all I have is pc's.

I have 2 GBTA and they do just fine in PC lighting. I would def. get an anem. for her. It is really cool to watch the fish feed it's host anem.

For a 55gal you may wish to go with T5HO lighting for the anemone if you get one.

Is there any type of anemone that requires less light then others.
