Maroons and bright tanks

So, has anyone had problems with their Maroon clowns (or any fish for that matter) acclimating to an upgrade in lighting. I recently swapped out my 4x 39w Tek T-5 unit with a retro 5 bulb IceCap setup. I slowly acclimated the tank to the new lighting over the course of 2-3 weeks using layers of window screen. The corals are all fine, but it just seems like my maroon is more reclusive than normal, and a bit skittish, which is very atypical. It may very well be my imagination, but she definitely hasn't been eating as aggressively as she normally does, so I'm a little bit worried. I don't see any physical signs of disease or parasites and no other behavioral indications. There really haven't been any other changes to the tank except for the light. . .OK, there has been one change. I lost my 6-line to a carpet surfing incident, so perhaps the maroon is just upset that she doesn't have anyone to bully anymore. I really miss their antics.
