MARS Bylaws with Job Descriptions

We're using the new election format. The nominations and the elections will take place this month (October). Terms are 1 year. You must be a member in good standing to run. New board members are requested to attend next month (November) for pass down.

I've set up the MARS website so that the board can provide passdown information for new members. I will make sure any departing board members document what they're working on.

I'm hoping someone will want to run for President. However, if no one does I will run. In either case, I will be around to ensure a smooth transition if needed.
