MARS NEEDS your help!

Ok folks, its coming down to the wire and your Board are actively planning the logistics. Here is what I need from you:

1) I still need volunteers. There will be a couple positions for non swappers that I really really need help out in. I need a couple more folks to man the food tables. Unfortunately, the food prep will probably be away from the swapping areas. In addition, I will need to draft 1-2 people to help with the check-in and check-out of the coral pick areas during the swap.

2) Ice chests. I need lots of chests to store our cold drinks. I will be bringing a truck load of food but have few chests to hold the drinks.

3) Raffles - there will be a raffle (tickets are free and wil be given to you at the door). I will need somebody to help manage the ticket picking and posting as we will likely have this happen in parallel to the coral picking.

To all that have volunteered, I have your positions identified and will be working on contacting you all to explain where to meet and when.

I will probably add some last minute stuff as it pops up in our working sessions, but this is a good start.

Those that have ice chests, please bring them as early as you can that day. I will have all the ice and cold drinks ready, and will pop them in.

I will contact you regarding the volunteering. I still need some food prep peeps! Am I the only one with a significant other who rather play chef than reef geek? Ha!

Perfect! Thank you so much for volunteering... bring your chests and take them to the food area. I will have the drinks and ice all stacked up over there. Please be sure to label it so that we know who to give it back to when its over.
