Hey Roger,
I have had the pump off the whole time.

With the holidays and my business, things have been hectic.
I finally got around to removing the pump.

I opened it up and voila.

I bought it new too.

Where can I purchase a replacement?

What replacement part are you talking about? If the part is defected, Tunze will cover the warranty. Make sure you be really careful when you open the cover. Many people break the ceramic shaft when they try to remove the cover.

back pressure make the pump rattle also i have the same pump works great for me best one i ever had if flow is restricted the pump rattles like hell otherwise its quiet

I am pretty sure I didn't break it when I opened the face plate, I pulled straight out and it came loose easily.

Is there any place to buy a replacement one?
