DCBB the pics on post 49 are from 08/03. The growth rate is really slow. I'm sure I could get them to grow faster if I cut them off and exposed them to more light.

I'm not the only one who thinks they can see a small skirt? Am I? The whole line of people eater palys have pretty small skirts too, and many other paly types.

A simple explenation for the "pattern" could be the holding rack it may have been resting in prior to the end consumer recieving it. Zoas may have been present on the PVC, or as hitch hiker simply migrated up from various positions to a level just above your sand bed to survive. Just a thought.

Idk if that is a skirt or skeleton, but I'm very curious. Mine has the same thing in the same place. The very same colors and formation. But mine is sick. I bought a unhealthy one for cheap and I'm healing it. I wanna leave it alone as much as possible.

Feather baby scoly or baby plate coral.I def think they are acolyte allready showing paternal of parent.Colorado does not fully show till later in scoly.good luck.feed them some oysterfeast and reef caviar and keep calcium tight.u got a couple of Benjamin's on that guy!maybe even a article in the Mag's!

this is quite interesting. I'm wondering if you have tried to examin these when the lights are out? they almost look like some small kind of cup coral, maybe they'll produce feeders when the lights are out...

Im curious what they look like after a year or if Fishbone ever found out what they really were. There is alot of speculation on this thread but it lacks a final decision on what it is. That is awesome if it was baby Scoly id love to have one like that with multiple heads it looks very cool.

In the last picture he posted they almost look like baby acans. I didn't think they were zoas though. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they're bigger and are baby scollys but being there hasn't been an update, I'm doubtful.
