Maxi Jet needlewheel mod with bioball

Somewhere on here I saw a thread about using a bioball on a MaxiJet to convert it to a needlewheel type pump. Search is not work of course. Anyone know where that link is or has info on doing this. I have a MJ400 I would like to try this on.
