Hi Guys:
I'm kind of curious- I've had the "standard" gold-colored Sarcophytons before, and I know they get huge!
Do the so-called "Yellow Fiji" variety or the "Neon Green" variety attain smaller maximum sizes? Are they simply color morphs of the same Sarcophyton species (elegans or otherwise), or are either of these corals different species of Sarcophyton altogether?
Also, has anyone maintained multiple specimens of Sarcophyton in the same tank as the exclusive coral resident (ie; a mon-specific system)? I'm thinking of doing this with just the so-called "Yellow Fiji" variety, and I'd like to hear from you/see your tanks.
Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!
Scott
