Maxspect Gyre advanced controller

I just ordered the maxspect advanced controller for my 2 xf150s last night. Cant wait to get and finally play with different flow settings. I currently have them setup on my apex to turn 1 on and run for an hour (other is off) and then switch, does this every hour. Trying to decide what I should program them to do when I get the controller. Anyone have it already running 2 gyres? if so what do you do?

Both of the preset options work well if you want a unique flow pattern. I've run mine on L.T.C and O.G.C. If you run O.G.C. make sure you configure your gyre's in a AA/BB setup. O.G.C. was my favorite until the controller bugged out and started ignoring my max pump speed settings on this mode. I may need to reset the controller/updating the firmware.

I've tried some manual settings and am currently trying out Alternating Gyre Mode with the second pump on Anti-sync with 10 second pulses. It's working well.

It's easy enough to switch between all the modes so I recommend trying the presets out first, if somethings not happy or you want to explore more then try some manual modes.

I just received my gyre 250 for my 120gallon tank. Running it in LTC mode right now and set the time correctly I hope.
It really can move the water!
I currently have it set horizontal about six inches from the top. Trying to decide if I want it horizontal or vertical near the front to move a sheet of water that way.

Thoughts?

I have the xf250, and just bought an additional pump. I want to use their preset modes, is there a way to use the modes but yet have it go off at the same time during my feed cycle on my apex?
