Maxspect LED owners!!!

I also ordered a G2 160w and was shipped today. I was told it would be 7-14 B days?? From what I read shipping should have been upgraded to 4 days UPS shipping for free??

You're right - I had forgotten about the "Free upgraded shipping" on the website.

I wonder if they just forgot to update their shipping confirmation email?

only the g1 60w was available.

i'm sorry, but what exactly are they promising you?

I ran across this thread. And the organizer of the group buy seems to have good communication with The Maxspect co. And I guess they told him there not going to be making the G2-60w. At least that's what he posted. Here's the link to the thread

Yeah I got the same email from them too, 160w's shipped but 10-14 days delivery time. I checked on their website and it does say that they would provide a 'Free Upgrade' to UPS shipping...

We provides a UPS (FREE Upgrade) shipping serivces, only 4 days can arrived.(Door to Door) All item have 18 month warranty, include shipping back FREELY for replacement. I see that they are now selling replacement LEDs and are recommending that LEDs should be replaced every year, I thought that was one of the pros of LED lighting, that they lasted much longer and anything up to 5 years?

Guys, just to follow up on my own post, I have received an email back from Eric at FS and he has informed me not to worry and that I should receive my 2 160w units in around 4 days, he has also sent a UPS tracking number which indicates that the scheduled delivery date is tomorrow only 2 days after I placed my order. Fantastic service I'd say :)

hey WEC great photos.. can you tell us which bulbs were on in photos 1-4, will be great to know what is your overall feel of each setting? whites on, blues on, blues + whites...etc...

Eric told me in an email that there is a delay with shipping my g-1 from maxspect as they are doing a version 2. Direct from eric at FS. They won't be receiving the version 2 units until after 5-8-10

If this is true, that's a big concern.
