Maxspect mazarra cooling fan

Hi all, need your advice here. I recently got the Mazarra S-series with 2 modules. Have a problem of not being able to get the fans to work. I did place the fan in the middle according to the manual and connect the wires tog. Am I missing on something??

Weird thing is the display will indicate that the module is hot and that the fan is on but the fan jus isn't working! Even though I tried to set the fan to start at 40 degrees Celsius.

Any advice? Thanks.

Have you contacted the new support company for Maxspect or whoever you bought it from?

Yeah will contact them later...wondering if I had fixed it wrongly in the first place.. :uhoh2:

Did you check the wiring for any loose connections?
