Maxspect razor LED lights settings

Does anyone use the maxspect razor LEDs? If so I'm curious about what settings others have and how well they work for you!

I have one over a 29g tank. The 27 inch 160w version. At max brightness I think mine runs at 50% white with 80% blue. I love it. It is going to be going over a 40 breeder pretty soon as that is what I am upgrading to and planning to use similar settings since the tank is shallower.

I have one over my 5g and it never goes over 15% lol

As for time I do every 3 hr interval to make it more intense could tell ya my time settings as not home ATM

I have them over my 75g sps dominated tank and I only ramp them up to 50/60 and then back down towards evening. I love the 6 phases and I do a 20% blue a half hour before I got dark for the night. PM my if you any specifics!

Im interested in this also. Anyone else care to post their settings? Looking specifically for what the intensity settings are for each of the 6 time periods and what those time periods are. I currently have 2 27" 16k over a 6' 150g. Tank is fairly young but will end up being mostly sps with a few lps/softies. I am also currently using the stands that come with the lights.

Sorry, didn't realize I posted in this forum. Mod's please delete this post

From people's descriptions just how high are these fixtures hanging? I have a 160 Watt 10K unit on a 48X24X16 tank hanging 12" from waterline. Going over a year now my settings are A:87 / B:97 and my LPS corals/Zoas have never bleached?

Hey thanks for responding guys. Its hard to find people that use these. I have my 160/10k about a foot over the water surface and have not had any bleaching at all. They maje the colors just pop like I've ever seen. These lights can be pretty strong so my settings are.
1)a0/b10
2) a40/b100
3) a70/b100
4) a70/b100
5) a10/b100
6) a0/b10
There is no real method to these settings I'm still kinda playing with them to get the best growth. My acans are more buffy since I dialed them down. My whites maxed at 85 before and I noticed the acan extention wasn't ideal so I changed them to what they are now. How is growth for you guys?

I've been trying to get the settings right for over a year now. It's just not happening for me. I'm running the 120w 16k unit 14" above a 45 cube. My sps are either bleaching or browning. I make the tweaks and changes to the settings very slowly. All of my water parm's are in line. I'd kill for an idiots guide to these things. I hate feeling like I've wasted money.

if anyone has one of these running in the Syracuse area and wouldn't mind letting me take a look let me know! I have yet to see one of these in action

I am in the same boat. I can't seem to find the correct mix. My zoas don't grow and look bleached and sps has gone brown. I acclimated slowly. By brightest setting is at a:55 and b: 65. It has been over a year..... Maybe I need to start at 30% and work my way up again? Also no coralline. I have an innovative marine strip light right next to this and you can see how much better it looks on the smaller tank.....

That's really weird. My zoas/pallys love the setting I have posted above. High up in the tank too. Coraline is growing great

I've been keeping my 160W 16K units running on Manual at 35%W and 100%B for 12 hrs. in my 125 for SPS and clams. If I bring my whites any higher the SPS will start browning. At this setting they are popping blues, purples, greens.

i do have one meteor shower coral. i think its called a cyphastrea and i was told it was an sps. it may sound dumb but its polyps are small but I'm just not sure if it is actually considered an sps. but it does still look great. it has not encrusted yet but its got great polyp extension and color.

My Meteor Shower Cyphastrea is placed at the top of the tank but off toward the center bracket so it's not getting too much direct lighting.
These are also great indicators for high Alkalinity - they tend to fade if the alk is too high.
