May Meeting

Steffen is treating all that attend the meeting to Red Lobster. I mean after all he does have all them sugar mommas, so he can afford it no problem. I would have to agree with Audrey the service at Hooters, leaves a lot to be desired, at least it has every time I have gone.

The option for holding the meeting at The Coral Reef is still open although a fine eating establishment might be more convenient for the Las Cruces members.

A big thanks to Daniel and Dennis for the standing invite, that says a lot about both and also helps out a great deal. Being as we don't have a member yet to host this one, why don't we pick one or the other of the two places offered up already? 1 potato 2 potato 3 potato 4. I vote for My Saltwater world this time, makes a little shorter trip for some of us, not that I mind going to the other side of town.

I'm heading to Colorado so the 23rd or the 29th will not work for me but I know this is going to be a great meeting so make sure a bunch of pic's are taken!! Thanks to all stepping forward to host the meeting!! If it is held on the 22nd I may be able to attend but don't let this be the only reason to hold it on that day.

Jay- I am with you in the fact that I would like to attend a saturday meeting. I will be leaving for the summer sunday morning so this will be my last meeting for a few months. Anyway if it works out that will be great (whether or not I get to attend). I think it is real important that as a new club we really make a 120% effort to hold monthly meetings. Thank you Dennis for offering your store as a location, and thank you Daniel for offering your store as a location for meetings. Both of these spots need to be considered when we can not find a host for monthly meetings. Also keep in mind our annual STARS hootenanny, we will need to start planning for this way in advance, January will be here in a blink of an eye!
What are some opinions on the set sunday for monthly meetings? I think we should set aside the 3rd sunday of each month for STARS meeting....

I would love to attend the meeting as well but my vacation starts the 22nd heading to Florida with the wife till the 1st of June. I will make sure i can make the June meeting.

okay i guess the boss misunderstood when the meeting was. i can host that sat the 22nd around 3 or 4 or later if that works for the majority

Well, I am actually leaving a couple days earlier than I anticipated so I will not be here for a meeting until september. Still planning to be active with the club though while away.
I hope everything works out and that the may/ june/ july/ august meetings are informative and productive for STARS. Thank you Justin for offering up your home as a meeting place for may.
