Donny and I had a sudden change of plans. His cousins from KS are coming into town on that Saturday unexpectedly. The cousins are going on a cruise and Donny is taking them to the airport on Sunday morning early. Just wanted to let you know so you do not prepare food for us.

Yes an Email was sent out a while back but there are alot of people who were left off the new email list so there is a good chance you may have accidently not recieved one. As far as the second email going out that was going to have our raffle donations on it and specials (that should have been on the first one) it was never sent even though I sent everything all typed up all they had to do was copy and paste and hit send instead, after reading my specials and donations they decided that I was not an asset to the club and told me they are removing me as a sponsor due to personal issues with them. Regretfully with all that has happened over the last few months and especially last week I am unsure of and unhappy with our status with this clubs officers and will be declining from hosting this Saturday. Again our intentions with this club have always been to help everyone be able to keep a beautiful and healthy reef tank with the skills to back it up and even donate free stuff along the way. Maybe next year we could possibly sponsor again but for now I am sorry to say this is where we have been pushed. Hopefully they wont have a problem getting a new email out now telling everyone of the sudden changes with this weekend and again we are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Jerrod,I informed you of the change on May 11th.This move had nothing to do with your specials or raffle items and you know that.We as a whole need to move the club forward and away from all of the drama.As I told you before being a sponsor is a privilege and not a right.You took many shots at the officers and that was not needed.We are not paid to do this job and don't deserve all the negative comments that you post on your face book page.We have gained a ton of new members this year and we are a growing club.
