Maybe a dumb question

Today, my schedule changed, therefore my fish had a change in their schedule. I turned on the lights sooner than normal (I am the digital timer). I noticed my tang was lacking a little color. I went and did something, came back and he looked normal. Did I wake him too soon?

Don't worry about the time sche. Most fish will "blush" at night. You just caught your tang in his jammys...

I know the feeling my fish and corals are all messed up since I was first shift since starting my tanks this time around and this monday I started 2nd shift.I think I am feeling it worse than they are though
