MB7 dosing question

I have a simple question that I can't seem to find the answer to:

Where in your system do you dose your MB 7? Are you putting it right into the DT or down into the fuge?

I know that the bottle recommends shutting skimmers off for 4 hours, however I have read that many people leave their skimmer on when dosing. They say to add a bit extra to compensate for the skimmer... how much extra?

I put mine straight into the DT. And no, I don't turn off or add extra for the skimmer.

I put mine too straight to the tank,keep my skimmer running

My fuge has a handy little up-flow chamber positioned right before the effluent pipe. I dose all my supplements there, so they will mix with clean tank water and slowly trickle into the DT.

Works well for any supplement, I might add.

My skimmer is usually running. I turn it off if I have the time / remember to turn it back on. I notice that the water looks clearest after leaving the skimmer off 30 min or so after dosing.

I'm dosing MB7 right into my display tank in an area with high flow. I turn off my skimmer (sometimes overnight if I won't be around) when doing so. I'm not an expert on the chemical as I'm just starting out, but I was advised by more than one person to leave the skimmer off as leaving it on would skim out the good bacteria that you are trying to cultivate. Just my opinion!

I dose mine straight into the display and the skimmer stays on. I dose a few drops extra just encase the skimmer take any of it out.
