MD does not care about customer satisfaction

I'm pretty sure that the outcome would have been different because the replacement pump was never offered initially. It was only offered after I posted the thread. By the way, I would still be waiting for the pump as it was only returned on Wednesday So without the post I would probably have to wait until late next week or the week after since it is Thanksgiving for the return of the pump.
 
I wonder if it was RC or your occupation that changed their minds?!? Maybe both... :) Glad to hear it worked out for you and not bum out your holidays coming!
 
You know it didn't seem as though they cared about my occupation. I initially wrote them a letter on my firm letter head and no response. So it was definetly RC.
