Measuring Water Flow

My tank is an 86.4g, 48"L x 16"W x 26"T. I have approx. 100 lbs. of LR. I have one Tunze Stream 6000, 2 overflow intakes, a Mag-Drive 12, and 2 output nozzle things from the Mag. I want medium flow throughout the tank. How do I measure flow rate in different places?
