Hey, I have checked out this site for a while and learned a lot - this is my first time posting. I have bred clowns in the past but have noticed that almost all of the larger wild caught specimins I see in LFS recently have been going down with asst. pathogens (usually brook.). I want to get a few wild caught for strong broodstock and feel that I can treat them if they go down, and I have used nitrofuracin in the past with good sucess but never tried to breed them after treatment. I know there are some instances in freshwater where meds have affected the fertility of the fish - any info on the topic?
