Medium sized Watchman Goby & Small Pistol Shrimp?

Did I make a mistake? Just got an order in from LiveAquaria. It included a Yellow Diamond Watchman Goby and a banded pistol shrimp. Others have had great success in getting these two to pair and bunk together... The goby, however, is larger than I thought would be. He's about 3 inches long or so. The pistol shrimp is really small... about an inch long. Will these two eventually pair off even tho they differ in size?

I dont think the size will matter honestly. Once they find each other in the tank they will know what to do.
