Rob Toonen has rather a good article out there on Medusa worms. I reckon if you google his name and medusa worm, you would come up with it.
Particle size will be important...obviously as the ingest particles, substrate like crushed coral would not work. As with any other echinoderm, water parameters must be pristine, with specific gravity around 1.025-1.026. It should be a mature tank, IMO at least a year (6 months minimum). They should not be put in with more aggressive fish or even things like sally lightfoot crabs.
