Finally got a peacock yesterday after going through the headaches of finding one.....I made a u shaped burrow out of 2" PVC and it worked out perfectly....he took right to it! However, I think he is going to molt, as he almost immediately started blocking both entrances and the only time he comes out is to eat. Anywho, thanks for everyones help!

it came out very well. i wouldnt worry about the molting part, he is probably just getting used to his new surrondings. mine does the same thing. never comes out of his burrow unless he is hungry or it is feeding time.

Yeah, but it comes at a price. In 6 days she has anihalated my stomatella population and cant stop rearranging her rockwork.....which kicks up sand everywhere! But its totally worth it, they have such cool personalities!

nice set up. Mine has dug a whole right in the bottom middle of the tank.
