Thought you might want to see my 'baby'....currently living in my former 10g qt after living in my 72g display.

How long have you had it and what sort of interaction do you see? I picked up a G. Falactus hitchiker a couple weeks ago and its finally settling in and becoming more active.

I will post more pics when I get a chance...Godzilla continues to do well in the 10g former qt
My 3yo daughter LOVES this little critter as does her little group of friends...Godzilla is so playful that he will follow my daughter's finger as she glides it across the tank...then when I drop in food, Godzilla does flips...I can't believe I ever wanted to squish the little bugger for messing my display tank up! Even hubby is smitten.
Thanks for the replies everyone!

Oh..I just feed it formula one flake food for now...I believe it was in my display tank for at least 2 years before we tore it down to get it out...(display tank is doing well again, knock wood and I can finally keep a clean up crew again without them being eaten!)
I think Godzilla is a little over 2 inches. I also have some cute video of it but have to figure out how to post it here.

I seriously need to read up a little more about them..now that we decided to keep it...right now he seems pretty content in the 10g...I keep the water the same as in the display tank and so far so good...I love the pretty neon green color!
Thanks again for looking everyone!

I just posted a new thread...I am completely crushed...as I did a massive water change because we were going on vacation...and I killed him...I feel so horrible....I miss the little guy...I can't believe this happened.
*sniff*

I updated the RIP Godzilla thread too..but it seems Godzilla has 9 lives...and isn't dead after all...I KNOW he was stiff as a board and not moving AT ALL...but I left him in the tank so my 3 yo wouldn't freak out seeing him gone...came home from some errands and he's doing tricks and swimming around happily...like nothing ever happened...I am in shock...and couldn't be happier...what a relief...Godzilla now has a middle name: Lazarus.!
Thanks!!! Phew!

because when i was getting ready to move and i was breaking everything down to pack my pistol shrimp went crazy, he was shaking like he was having a ceisure then went completly still for about 5 minutes. i picked him up for a second thinking for sure he was dead. then decided to set him in back in the tank. after 5 minutes though he woke up molted his exo and was back to normal. im happy to hear godzilla is ok
