once again I say that I am sad to hear this. I would still like to get to know you guys. If you decide to move forward with your club plans without the people here please let me know. Conversly if you would like to join us at scott's place or in the future I am sure you would be welcome as well.
Ok... I'll throw in here..... All we need now is another new guy with an opinion ....right?
Well, I've hung out on a couple biker forums for a while now, and let me tell you.... what's goin on here is small potatoes and nothin new...! Fact is, when ya hang with folks in cyberspace for awhile, doesn't matter if you've met or not, a bond begins to form (albeit somewhat weird at times). Any newb (often blindly equated to low post count) can be disregarded in some way shape or form, in a natural primitive kinda way.... call it cyber-neanderthal syndrome. :hmm3:
What's happening here is no different. Showing disrespect and taking offense is sooo easy, where showing restraint and support, as well as thickening up yer skin, are things requiring attention and practice...
I say bury the hatchet, start anew, re-introduce yerselves, and get on with setting up a local club here. Both camps seem to have something to bring to this effort. As a true newb in this hobby (my post count does in this case indicate newbness) I'm gonna need all the help I can get!
