Meeting dates....

Want to gage interest in a meeting at my office to set up an organized reef group (please see several threads on this topic).

I can host on Oct 21 sat or Oct 28th sat
or Nov 12th Sun Nov 18th Sat.

If interested please post on this thread. If someone else has a strong desire to host, you would not hurt my feelings at all....... MK

I'd love to go but most times the meetings start to late and end to early for me

If it can be arranged to start at say 6:30? Im all for it.

21st is good with me
and the 18th is good for me also.

If not I understand the majority is better.

I work retail so specific dates are hard to schedule ahead especially with holidays coming up. But I'll contribute when I can. I am a nooby myself and I am sure I can learn lots of things from you guys. Thanx for the initiative.

Ooops Randy you are correct. Depending on where it ends up we may be going...

Since Sunday seems to work better for many....

Okay looked at my "kids" scheduals, and their events on Sunday the 15th and 22cd are early enough that I could still swing a meeting those days, and start as early as 11am.

So lets choose either Sunday 15th or Sunady 22cd at 11am my office 4415 Buffalo Rd North Chili NY 14514
If we start at 11am that will give people plenty of time to get to the LRS.

Question #1 Shall we try to "float" an agenda out there?
Question #2 If yes should that be on a URS thread with open discussion or via e-mail where we bounce it back and forth?

or should we just wait till we meet. When I hired my partner it was amazing how much ground we covered over the internet prior to our sitting down...that's why I ask. MK
