Meeting Reminder 2nd Friday of every month

Just a quick reminder,

Meeting are now the 2nd Friday of each month 7pm. location will usually be a Round Table Pizza except for the occasional meeting at a Members house.

Anyone want to host the November meeting?

Remember "If everyone does a little then no one has to do a lot"

If people want to travel to Healdsburg, I can host the meeting. I may even be motivated to put the finishing touches on the tank by then.

Who should I contact regarding club matters? Could some one email the contact if you don't want to post it here? I want to invite the club to attend BAYMAC Nov23rd in San Jose. We'd love for NCR to come out, have a booth and sell your frags (or used gear outside). We'll have a few speakers and manufacturers as well.

I'm trying to nail down all the clubs by this weekend if at all possible so I can make the official announcement

Yup Always is, I keep it that way as I'm not a sponsoring vendor and people tend to PM me work related stuff. It's a violation of the UA to conduct business via PM's on RC and I respect that

Ummm, I gathered October was booked, as the meeting was a few weeks ago.
Do you mean will December work, as November is already booked? If so, then yes.

Yes that sounds good. What we did last year for the Christmas meeting was a White Elephant frag exchange and food. If it works we usually ask everyone to put in $10 for Food and Bev. Jeff has been known to do his famous ribs. let me know what works best for you.

Does MARS do anything special for the Christmas meeting we might want to consider.

Alrighty, we have a plan. December it is. As for MARS, they can't do a white elephant because of their size, so they usually limit it to a general party at Round Table, where the club pays for pizzas, and they have one heck of a raffle. Though it's not a true raffle, as the club doesn't sell the tickets for that one. Everyone gets 5.
