Meeting this weekend

I know its short notice but I can open my home for a meeting this weekend if there is any interest. I am not sure who was planning on the 2 part talk but that was the topic for this month. I use it but can't say I know much about it ;). I will throw some food together but sorry guys this will not be a BYOB meeting. My three kids will be here because Cory is out of town this weekend. Does 4-5ish sound cool for anyone wanting to drive down? I will see if crunbletop can do a mass email so everyone has a heads up and include directions there as well.

As Brian mentioned in Wayne's "April Meeting" post, we'd be up for relocating the meeting to your neck of the woods. If people are available and we make this an actual meeting, let us know if we can bring anything food wise to help out since it's such short notice.

I will not be able to make it at that time because I have family coming in and will be doing a cookout at home around then. I was going to do the presentation on 2-part. I have a handout, and was going to show how to mix it all up. Wooglin is fine with having the 2-part discussion at his place, so I think we can hold off on that until then. So no set topic for this Saturday, but I'm sure there will be plenty to talk about for the folks who come. I have been wanting to see your tank, but with family obligations I don't think it will work.
 
This is just a thought about the meet. If not many folks can make it and everyone wants to just wait till next months meeting I am fine with that. I don't really have a topic to present so it would be pretty informal unless someone wanted to step up to the plate with a wealth of knowledge on a subject :)
 
it this was sunday i would go....since ive been wanting to see your tank angela.....but im gonna be at church all day tomorrow painting
 
I got plans Sat. evening so I wouldnt be able to make it. Since I already requested work off Sat. I might go do some fishin'. But actually, you don't want to see Angela's tank....it makes you want to upgrade! Serious though, it's a real nice setup. I was tellin' her how I wasn't use to havin' to walk to view a tank. What is it, 8 ft?

Thanks Steve, Naa, Just 7. WOuld have been 8-10 but the stand was already made! So far looks like we are gonna have a few interested!

Gobyholic, I didn't know you were the other half of gottahaveadory! Good luck on getting on the game show! I am about 15 mins south of Jfollys house and you guys can jump on 840 real close to my house to get home.

Well, it doesn't seem like a huge intrest for this weekend but I am always open for company! Lets see if anyone else wants to come down for a "official" meet by tommorow. If nobody is really interseted the few who replyed are more than welcome to drive down and chat reef. We can throw on some burgers and let the kids play (those of us who have them) ;) You guys and demos10 are the only ones who posted who haven't been over. I plan on going over to greystreets Saturday morning though :)
 
I may be able to come. If I do I will probably bring my two boys. I can't say for sure yet though.
 
Well, I guess its on then! :) I will just supply the food. Nothing fancy just burgers or BBQ, chips and a desert (brownies). I will grab a few sodas and make tea. If you all want anything special just bring it on :)

I also grabbed one of those shrimp cocktail rings to munch on. I got a few sodas and will make tea. If you all want anything special just bring it on :)
