Yeah I know what you are saying....I only get select weekends off and then I have to plan ahead to not overfill my schedule on the few days I do get off anymore these days...........

i wouldnt mind but im just as clueless as to what our target date/time frame is??? not really sure when we are trying to have it nor how many people are planning to attend. i think it would help if knew more info....

Well my house is under construction, new baby on due in 2 weeks and the tank is cycling. I cant host right now either, maybe in 6 more months.

Let's start a new thread to vote yes/no about who can definitely come on a certain day and time. Then we would have an idea.

i think we need some input from BOD as to what they are thinking, Sunday was thrown out there and there is only 3 of those left: the 13th, 20th, and 27th. i dont think it will be the 13th because thats in 2 days.....leaving us 2 options....
